Pinky's plea over facilities disposed of

KARACHI:

A judicial magistrate South has disposed of a petition filed by accused Anmol alias Pinky seeking jail facilities in a murder case, after the Women Jail Superintendent submitted her response in court.

During the hearing, the court inquired why medicines and clothes were not being provided to the accused in jail.

The superintendent appeared before the court and stated that there was no objection to providing clothes to the accused.

She said the accused could not be allowed to wear objectionable clothing, but could get and wear normal clothes and the jail authorities had no issue with it.
