PM Shehbaz lauds ‘steadfast’ Pak-China friendship, says both countries ‘always stand together firmly’

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday lauded the “steadfast” Pakistan–China relationship, affirming that both countries “always stand together firmly”.

He was addressing a ceremony in Islamabad to mark the 75th anniversary of Pakistan–China diplomatic relations.

President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Senate Chairman Yousuf Raza Gillani, National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishq Dar and other leaders are participating.
