PMD forecasts hot, humid conditions in Karachi today

City likely to experience partly cloudy weather with possible nighttime drizzle.

KARACHI: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi’s weather is expected to remain hot and humid today, with partly cloudy conditions across the city.

The temperature is likely to reach 35°C, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 29°C. Humidity levels have been recorded at 75%, which may increase the intensity of the heat for residents.

Winds are blowing at a speed of 11 kilometres per hour, providing limited relief from the warm conditions. The PMD has also forecast chances of light drizzle during the night.

Residents are advised to stay hydrated and take precautions during peak daytime hours due to the combination of high temperature and humidity.
