HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2026) The police in its continued drive against narcotics and criminals on Wednesday arrested four accused including two women and recovered mainpuri from their possession.

A police spokesman informed that the Station House Officer (SHO) Hali Road Police station Aghar Asad Pathan along with his staff arrested an accused Wahid Gaddi and recovered 360 packets of mainpuri from his possession while his two accomplices managed to escape.

In another drive by Hali Road Police station near Badin stop arrested two women Janat d/o Ibrahim Od Rajput Shamim d/o Abdul Jabar and Umair Gadi and recovered 300 mainpuri packets and 20 kg raw material from their possession.

Police have registered cases against accused under gutka and mainpuri act.
