Police arrest PO wanted in robbery cases

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st May, 2026) Bhalwal Sadr police on Sunday arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) wanted in various robbery cases during a crackdown initiated on the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Sohaib Ashraf.

According to a press release, issued by DPO office, a team led by Station House Officer (SHO) Bhalwal Sadr, Zia-ur-Rehman, apprehended the PO identified as Sohail Sarwar.

The arrested individual was reportedly found involved in several serious criminal cases across different police stations in the Sargodha district.

Legal proceedings were initiated against the accused to ensure he faces the full weight of the law.
