Police bust motorcycle theft gangs, 03 held

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Apr, 2026) Police have arrested three members gang involved in robbery and motorcycle theft and recovered nine stolen motorcycles, cash amounting to Rs13,500, a laptop, mobile phones, a wristwatch from their possession.Police also recovered weapons used in the crime.

Ratta Amral Police arrested a two-member gang involved in motorcycle theft and other crimes, recovering five stolen motorcycles along with cash, electronic items and weapons.

In a separate operation, Waris Khan Police apprehended another suspect involved in motorcycle theft and recovered four stolen motorcycles.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Rawal, Saad Arshad, stated that the arrested individuals will be challaned in court with solid evidence.

He emphasized that those targeting the lives and property of citizens will not escape the grip of the law, reaffirming the police’s commitment to curb street crime in the region.
