Police handsover stolen,snatched mobile phones to owners

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Mar, 2026) Police have claimed that mobile phones stolen and snatched from the city have been returned to their owners after the police recovered those phones.

The police spokesman informed here on Tuesday that the Pinyari Police Station returned those mobile phones to the owners.

He said that in compliance with orders of SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar, SHO Pinyari Sub-Inspector Arsalan Sattar Solangi along with his team carried out effective operations against criminal elements.

During the operations, several stolen, snatched and lost mobile phones of citizens were recovered from different places.

After verification of the recovered mobile phones and verification of the data, the original owners were invited to Pinyari Police Station, where the mobile phones were handed over to them on the orders of SSP Hyderabad.

The total value of the recovered mobile phones is said to be Million of Rupees, while the number of recovered phones is about two dozen.

Citizens have lauded the performance of the Pinyari Police for the recovery of their valuable mobile phones, thanked SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar, SHO Pinyari Sub-Inspector Arsalan Sattar Solangi and their team, and expressed their confidence in the Hyderabad Police.
