KHANEWAL, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Apr, 2026) Khanewal Police successfully recovered an 11-year-old missing girl, Kiran, from Larkana and safely reunited her with the family.

According to police officials, the recovery was made on the special directions of District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Abid, who personally supervised the operation and ensured swift action. The police utilized Safe City cameras, modern technology, and intelligence-based efforts to trace the girl’s whereabouts.

The child had reportedly been abducted a few days earlier, prompting immediate action by the district police. Through effective use of surveillance systems and IT-based tracking, law enforcement agencies were able to locate and recover her safely.

DPO Muhammad Abid remained actively involved throughout the case, and his timely response played a key role in the successful recovery. He stated that the police are committed to ensuring the safety and protection of citizens, especially women and children, in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

The girl’s parents expressed heartfelt gratitude to Khanewal Police for their tireless efforts. Her father, Shahbaz, appreciated the professionalism and dedication shown by the police team in bringing his daughter back safely.
