Police smashes 119 dacoit gangs current year

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st May, 2026) Police smashed 119 dacoit gangs and arrested their 312 members during the current calender year.

Police said here on Thursday, the police recovered 76 cattle, 280 motorcycles, 7 rickshaws, 37 cell phones,

gold ornaments, batteries, wires, and other valuables costing over Rs 90 million.

Police also recovered 133 pistols, 47 pump action guns, 2 revolvers, and bullets from their possession.
