Post-Hajj operations in full swing at Madinah; joint efforts of Ministry’s welfare staff,Khuddam-ul-Hajjaj & local staff

MADINAH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jun, 2026) Driven by the special directives of Director General of Pakistan Hajj Mission, Abdul Wahab Soomro, the post-Hajj operations managing the arrival of pilgrims from Makkah and their subsequent repatriation to Pakistan are progressing seamlessly in Madinah, marked by exemplary teamwork and solidarity.

The welfare staff of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Khuddam-ul-Hajjaj, and local Saudi khuddams are working in perfect unison round-the-clock to serve the pilgrims, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for the guests of Allah during their stay in the holy city.

The Director Hajj Madinah, Zahid Sohail, stated that a dedicated frontline team is actively deployed.

This team comprises Khuddam-ul-Hajjaj competitively and transparently selected from Pakistan, alongside local Madinah-based Khuddams fluent in Arabic and thoroughly well-versed with local routes, regulations, and landmarks. Thanks to the tireless efforts, dedication, and selfless commitment of these joint teams, the logistics of the post-Hajj phase are being executed in a highly organized manner. Hajj Mission officials confirmed that the operation will continue with the same momentum, passion, and seamless coordination until June 30, when the final flight carrying the last pilgrim departs for home.
