PPP delegation led by Umar Gorgaij calls on Adviser on LG Hamza

A delegation of PPP led by Provincial President and Senator Sardar Umar Gorgaij called on Adviser to Chief Minister for Local Government (LG) and Rural Development Nawabzada Amir Hamza Khan Zehri on Monday

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th May, 2026) A delegation of PPP led by Provincial President and Senator Sardar Umar Gorgaij called on Adviser to Chief Minister for Local Government (LG) and Rural Development Nawabzada Amir Hamza Khan Zehri on Monday.

The delegation included Sardarzada Baloch Khan Gorgaij, Shams Hamzazai, Haji Ghulam Jan Hassanzai, Sardar Sarwar Sulemankhel and Sanaullah Danish among other leaders. Haji Salahuddin Zehri, Sardarzada Mir Qayyum Sasoli and Adeel Qambrani were also present on the occasion.

Talking to the delegation of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) during the meeting, Provincial Adviser Nawabzada Amir Hamza Khan Zehri said that the Party leaders and workers had always been given priority because the real asset of the Pakistan Peoples Party was its workers, thanks to whom the party achieved successes in Balochistan.

He said that our efforts had been to meet the expectations of the workers and satisfy them through practical measures.

The Advisor said that there were also a lot of hopes attached to the current cabinet, which included party officials, and it was expected that they would discharge their responsibilities efficiently.

On this occasion, Senator Sardar Umar Gorgaij said that the hopes of the Party workers were attached to the PPP members included in the current cabinet and overall the workers seem to be satisfied to some extent. He said that efforts were underway to make the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) more active in Balochistan. Senator Umar Gorgaij also informed the Provincial Adviser about the problems and concerns of the party workers.

The meeting discussed the overall political and regional situation and the Party affairs in detail.
