KARACHI:
A mosque imam was shot dead in what police suspect to be a targeted attack near Ghaghar Phatak in the Steel Town area on Sunday, officials said. According to police, unidentified armed men opened indiscriminate fire and fled the scene immediately after the attack. The victim's body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for legal formalities.
