Preparations underway for grand flower exhibition

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Mar, 2026) Preparations for a grand flower exhibition in Lahore are in full swing, in line with the vision of the Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

According to PHA sources here on Sunday under the supervision of PHA Managing Director Raja Mansoor Ahmed and the leadership of Director Horticulture Waqar Rehman, dedicated gardeners and horticulture experts are working tirelessly to create a stunning floral display.

The exhibition, located along the Lahore Canal, will enhance the city’s natural beauty and provide citizens with a spectacular visual experience. PHA teams are actively working on the flower bed near Thokar Niaz Baig, decorating an area of over 5.

The exhibition will feature 35 different types of flowers, with around 5,000 flower pots being arranged to create a vibrant and colorful display. Citizens will have the opportunity to witness millions of blooming flowers in one location, with the flower beds already presenting a beautiful natural spectacle.

In addition, a well-designed seating area has been established, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy the floral beauty comfortably.

PHA MD Raja Mansoor Ahmed stated that the project will not only beautify the cityscape but also provide a recreational and visually appealing environment for Lahorites.
