President lauds security forces for killing 23 terrorists in KP

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2026) President Asif Ali Zardari on Thursday lauded the security forces for successful operations against Fitna al-Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The president praised the professional capabilities of the security forces for eliminating 23 Indian sponsored Khawarij terrorists in Datta Khel, Spinwam, and Bannu.

He said the destruction of terrorist hideouts, tunnels, and bunkers, and the elimination of a most-wanted Khawarij terrorist, reflects the effective strategy of the security forces.

The president stated that operations against Fitna al-Khawarij and Indian-backed terrorist elements will continue until their complete elimination.
