President pays tribute to police, CTD for successful operation against terrorists

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Mar, 2026) President Asif Ali Zardari Sunday paid tribute to the officers and personnel of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and Counter Terrorism Department for the successful operation against terrorism in Lachi, Kohat.

He said the elimination of six Khawarij terrorists who were carrying out terrorism under foreign patronage was an important step towards establishing peace.

The President appreciated the professionalism and courage of the brave soldiers of the police and CTD.
