Proclaimed offender held, arms recovered in Panyala police operation

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Apr, 2026) The district police carried out a successful search and strike operation in Pinyala, arresting a proclaimed offender wanted in a murder case and recovering illegal weapons.

According to police sources, a team of Panyala Police Station carried out the operation and apprehended the accused, identified as Arifullah, son of Sanaullah, a resident of Abdul Khel.

The suspect was wanted to police in a murder case registered on December 30, 2025. The police also recovered a Kalashnikov rifle along with 10 rounds of ammunition from the possession of the accused.

Speaking on the occasion, DSP Panyala reaffirmed that operations against criminal elements would be continued without discrimination, adding that ensuring the protection of life and property of citizens remains the top priority of the police.
