Progress on development projects reviewed in Tank

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Mar, 2026) Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning) Tank Muhammad Riaz visited ongoing development projects being executed under United Nations Office for Project Services(UNOPS) in the area.

Accompanied by other officials of the district administration, he inspected the Station Road Water Supply Scheme and the TMA water storage tank, reviewing the pace and quality of work.

He also observed the ongoing excavation work for the installation of a water supply pipeline along the Bannu–Dera Ismail Khan Link Road.

Speaking on the occasion, he directed the concerned authorities to ensure timely completion of the projects without compromising on quality.

He added that the completion of these initiatives would help provide clean and safe drinking water to the local population.

He said that all possible steps would be taken to ensure the timely execution of public welfare projects and to provide essential services to citizens without any shortcomings.
