PSB Grants Affiliation to Pakistan Padel Federation, Squash Legend Jahangir Khan Named President

In a landmark move to promote emerging sports in the country, the Pakistan Sports board (PSB) has formally approved the affiliation of the Pakistan Padel Federation (PPF).

The decision was taken during the 36th meeting of the Board, marking the beginning of official government patronage for Padel in Pakistan.
According to the notification issued by the PSB, world-renowned squash legend Jahangir Khan has been recognized as the President of the newly formed national body, while Mansoor Ali Khan will serve as the Secretary General.

The affiliation is subject to specific conditions.

The body is required to seek formal affiliation with the International Padel Federation through proper channels to ensure Pakistan’s representation on the global stage.
The Federation is mandated to comply with the National Sports Policy, the PSB Constitution 2022, and all relevant anti-doping and code of ethics regulations.
