Rabia Naseem Farooqi highlights Pakistan’s firm response in 'Marka-e-Haq'

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2026) Parliamentary Secretary for Federal education and Professional Training, Ms. Rabia Naseem Farooqi, lauded the resolute and decisive response of Pakistan during "Marka-e-Haq" in May last year, stating that the nation demonstrated unwavering strength and unity in the face of aggression.

In her message while talking to APP on Wednesday, she also honoured Pakistan’s visionary leadership for adopting a clear and well-planned strategy to defend the homeland. She noted that timely decisions, strong coordination and a forward-looking approach played a key role during the critical time.

She paid tribute to the Pakistan Army, Navy and Air Force, noting that their professionalism, strategic excellence during “Operation Bunyan Al Marsoos” proved to be an unbreakable shield in the defence.

"Pakistan secured success on all fronts during ‘Operation Bunyan Al Marsoos’, sending a clear and strong message to those who sought to undermine it,” she said.

She said that Pakistan’s armed forces and people stood shoulder to shoulder, delivering a firm and effective response to the enemy, thereby safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and dignity.

She reiterated that this resolute retaliation sent a clear message that Pakistan remains fully capable of defending its territorial integrity against any threat.

She further noted that Pakistan’s stance during Marka-e-Haq earned widespread appreciation at the international level, as the country upheld the principles of restraint, responsibility and peace while asserting its right to self-defense.

“Marka-e-Haq is not only a symbol of courage and sacrifice but also a testament to Pakistan’s strength and commitment to peace with dignity,” she added.

She emphasized that Pakistan’s commitment to peace must not be misconstrued as weakness, reaffirming that the country is fully capable of defending every inch of its territory.

Rabia Naseem Farooqi concluded by urging the nation to remain united and vigilant, reaffirming that the spirit displayed during Marka-e-Haq continues to strengthen Pakistan’s position in the global community.
