Rana Sanullah takes notice of hockey team's mismanagement in Australia

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Feb, 2026) The Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC) Division, Rana Sanullah, has taken serious notice of the mismanagement by the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) during the recent tour to Australia.

He expressed grave concern over the incident, stating that the actions of the PHF management have brought

bad repute to the country and the sport.

"Such behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated," he said

in a statement on Tuesday

Sanullah warned of strict action against those responsible. "We will not spare anyone who is found guilty of

mismanagement and bringing disrepute to the sport," he added.

The Minister's office has initiated an inquiry into the matter, and those found responsible will face consequences.

The government is committed to promoting sports in the country and ensuring that such incidents do not recur.
