The Registrar's Office of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday objected to the petitions seeking the suspension of the sentence of the PTI founder and release on bail
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Feb, 2026) The Registrar's Office of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday objected to the petitions seeking the suspension of the sentence of the PTI founder and release on bail.
An objection was raised by the Registrar's Office for not removing the objections on time on the appeal of the PTI founder in the Tosha Khana II case.
The office said that the objections on the appeal were to be removed within seven days.
The Registrar's Office objects that the time for not removing the objections in a timely manner has passed. If there is an objection to the appeal, how can an application for suspension of sentence be filed?
