Religious Minister commends Saudi Arabia’s world-class arrangements for Hujjaj, pledges enhanced ties

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jun, 2026) Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, highly appreciated the exemplary arrangements and cooperation extended by the Saudi authorities for the facilitation of Hujjaj and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening the longstanding religious and brotherly ties between the two countries.

The Minister for Religious Affairs praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its remarkable arrangements and exceptional facilitation extended to Hujjaj during the Hajj pilgrimage 2026 in a media interaction aired on Radio

Pakistan.

He stated that these measures demonstrated Riyadh’s firm resolve to ensure pilgrims are served with honor, respect, and smooth coordination.

He further observed that the entire system of pilgrimage operations was well-structured and efficiently administered, reflecting high standards of commitment, professionalism and attention to detail at every stage.

The Minister also reiterated Pakistan’s resolve to further strengthen fraternal relations with Saudi Arabia, grounded in shared faith, mutual respect and longstanding cooperation between the two brotherly nations.

The Minister also lauded the high-quality services being provided by the Pakistan Hajj Mission for the comfort and facilitation of the Guests of Allah, particularly during departure and arrival arrangements.

He noted that the Mission ensured smooth coordination at every stage, making travel processes more organized and convenient for pilgrims.

He further appreciated the arrangements covering food provision, accommodation and transport facilities, stating that these essential services were being delivered in a well-managed and efficient manner to support pilgrims throughout their Hajj journey.
