Religious scholars reaffirm solidarity with state institutions

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Mar, 2026) The religious scholars and leaders from various schools of thought on Saturday reaffirmed their complete solidarity with state institutions and expressed commitment to national unity and stability.

They were addressing an Istehkam-e-Pakistan Conference held at the Faisalabad Press Club.

The event brought together prominent religious figures including Syed Ziaullah Shah, Allama Syed Usama Ziaullah Shah Bukhari, Allama Tahir-ul-Hassan, Maulana Khubaib Hameed, Sahibzada Pir Abdul Rehman Naqshbandi, Ashiq Hussain Rizvi and Christian leader Pastor Imran Liaquat Jamal.

The speakers highlighted that unity among the Muslim Ummah was need of the hour and reiterated their unwavering support for Pak armed forces.

Underscoring the importance of national cohesion, they said that overcoming internal and external challenges required collective resolve and unity.

The scholars and religious leaders also acknowledged the constructive role of the media in promoting national harmony.
