Rescue 1122 holds training workshop for students

MALAKAND, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jun, 2026) The Training Wing of Rescue 1122 Malakand on Tuesday organized a training workshop for students of the Code Genius Institute of Science and Technology in Batkhela under the directives of Director General Rescue 1122, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Fahad and Regional Director North Arshad Iqbal, and under the supervision of District Emergency Officer, Nasir Khan.

According to a spokesperson, the students received both practical and theoretical training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), first aid for severe bleeding, basic fracture management, emergency response to airway obstruction, and fire safety and firefighting techniques.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the institute’s director, Maarif Khan, appreciated the efforts of Rescue 1122 Malakand and said that such workshops enhanced the ability of students to respond effectively in emergency situations.
