Rescue 1122 Malakand conducts training workshop for students in Batkhela

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jun, 2026) Under the directives of the Director General Rescue 1122 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Regional Director North, Rescue 1122 Malakand organized a one-day training workshop for students of Code Genius Institute of Science and Technology, Batkhela.

Held under the supervision of District Emergency Officer Nasir Khan, the workshop was conducted by the Training Wing of Rescue 1122 Malakand to enhance emergency preparedness and lifesaving awareness among students.

During the session, participants received practical and theoretical training on Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), first aid for severe bleeding, basic fracture management, emergency response during airway obstruction, and fire safety and firefighting techniques.

Speaking at the concluding session, Director of the institute, Maroof Khan, appreciated the training initiatives of Rescue 1122 Malakand and said such workshops play an effective role in improving the ability to respond to emergency situations.

He also thanked Rescue 1122 Malakand for conducting the awareness and training activity.
