MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Apr, 2026) Gallant Rescuer 1122 Emergency Medical Technician Sana Ullah, who embraced martyrdom after a tragic road accident during duty, was laid to rest with full state honours in his native village, Bait Mir Hazar.

A large number of locals, Rescue 1122 personnel, and people from different walks of life attended the funeral prayer. District Emergency Officer Engineer Ubaid Ullah Khan was also present and placed a wreath on the martyr’s grave on behalf of Dr. Rizwan Naseer, Secretary Punjab Emergency Service Department.

A smartly turned-out contingent of Rescue 1122 presented a salute to the fallen rescuer. Special prayers were also offered for the elevation of his ranks and eternal peace.

Speaking at the ceremony, District Emergency Officer Engineer Ubaid Ullah Khan said that the sacrifice of Shaheed Sana Ullah would remain a guiding light for every Rescue 1122 worker, and the mission of public service would continue with the same spirit and dedication.

It merits mentioning here Sana Ullah was seriously injured in an accident while responding to an emergency call during duty. He later succumbed to injuries and embraced martyrdom.

The Punjab Emergency Service paid tribute to its brave son and expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the bereaved family.
