Robbery gang ringleader arrested in Gujar Khan

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Apr, 2026) Gujar Khan Police on Monday arrested the ringleader of a gang involved in robbery incidents and recovered stolen items.

According to the details, the suspect was wanted in a robbery case reported two months ago for which police raided several areas at different points but he managed to flee from the scene.

He was finally captured by the police in an operation and recovered a snatched motorcycle, Rs. 9,000.

0 cash and the weapon used in the crime from his possession.

SP Saddar Anum Sher said raids were being conducted to arrest other accomplices of the gang and they would soon be brought to justice.

She added that the accused would be presented before the court with solid evidence, and criminals involved in looting citizens would not escape the law.

She reiterated that Rawalpindi Police remain vigilant and no negligence would be tolerated in maintaining law and order.
