RPO reviews progress on police development projects

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Jun, 2026) Regional Police Officer (RPO) Sargodha, Muhammad Shehzad Asif Khan, on Monday chaired a meeting at his office to review the progress of various police development projects across the region.

According to a press release issued by RPO office, the meeting was attended by District Police Officer (DPO) Sargodha Muhammad Shoaib Ashraf, while DPOs of Khushab, Mianwali, and Bhakkar joined through video link. Other officials, including the Superintending Engineer, XEN Building, SP Operations Safe City, Principal Police Training school, and SP Punjab Highway Patrolling, also participated via video conference.

During the session, the RPO conducted a comprehensive assessment of the ongoing construction work and development initiatives within the region.

The Regional Police Officer Muhammad Shehzad Asif Khan directed the concerned officials to ensure the highest standards of construction quality and instructed that all projects be completed before the commencement of the new financial year.

He emphasized the importance of timely completion to enhance the operational capacity of the police force and improve service delivery in line with the provincial government's infrastructure objectives.
