RPO to hold open court at City PS

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2026) Regional Police Officer (RPO) Rawalpindi Region Babar Sarfraz Alpa will hold an open court on July 23, to hear public complaints related to police matters.

According to a police spokesman, the open court will be held here at 3:00 p.m. at City Police Station.

The initiative is being organised in line with the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif to facilitate the prompt redressal of public grievances.

Citizens have been invited to attend the open court with their complaints and applications. The RPO will hear the grievances personally and issue on-the-spot directions to the concerned officers for their timely resolution.

The spokesman said the initiative reflected the police department's commitment to improving public service delivery, strengthening accountability and ensuring quick resolution of citizens' complaints.
