Rs one mln cash stolen in overnight burglary at mobile shop

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jun, 2026) The unknown thieves broke into a mobile phone shop in the Committee Market area near Tank Adda during the night time and escaped with Rs one million in cash, police said on Saturday.

The unknown thieves forced open the shutter locks of the mobile shop and entered it. They stole Rs one million in cash kept inside, before fleeing the scene.

Soon after receiving information about the incident, the City Police reached the site, collected preliminary evidence, and launched an investigation to identify and arrest those responsible for the theft.
