Saudi gov lifts Hajj travel ban on pilgrims under 15 years of age

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd May, 2026) The Ministry of Religious Affairs on Saturday announced that intending pilgrims up to 15 years of age would be eligible to perform Hajj, as the Saudi government has upheld the previous policy regarding the age limit.

According to the spokesperson of the ministry, the Pakistan Hajj Mission issued the new letter in line with Saudi guidelines.

The policy of a 12-year age limit will remain intact, the spokesperson added.
