Saudi hajj minister invites pilgrims' feedback to upgrade services under vision 2030

MAKKAH MUKARRAMAH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Jun, 2026) Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has called on the pilgrims who performed Hajj this year to share their views, observations, and suggestions to help enhance the quality of services in future Hajj seasons.

The Minister Hajj and Umrah KSA issued the invitation via his official account on the social media platform "X" , highlighting that drawing upon the firsthand field experiences and recommendations of the Guests of Allah is a vital source of development and improvement. He noted that such insights play a key role in elevating service efficiency and streamlining the pilgrims' journey.

He emphasized that this initiative aligns with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which prioritizes beneficiary engagement in evaluating and enhancing services following the completion of their rituals. The 2026 Hajj season witnessed a significant expansion of digital solutions, smart applications, advanced crowd management, and integrated transportation facilities.
