ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th May, 2026) The Saudi Ministry of Health has confirmed that the overall health status of Hajj pilgrims remained highly stable, with the healthcare system recording no outbreaks of epidemic diseases or significant public health threats during this year's Hajj season.

According to Saudi media reports, the ministry's Unified Call Center (937) received over one million calls in seven different languages from the start of the Hajj season until the 10th of Dhul Hijjah.

The center operates under the framework of the Healthcare Sector Transformation Program and the Pilgrim Experience Program, both key initiatives aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to facilitate seamless access to services for the guests of Allah. The ministry specified that these services were being provided round-the-clock in urdu, Arabic, English, Indonesian, Turkish, French, and Persian.

The inquiries handled by the center included medical consultations, advice on heatstroke prevention, chronic disease management, and public health awareness. Additionally, health-related complaints were efficiently processed and resolved by qualified medical staff utilizing advanced technical systems.
