Saudi ministry broadcasts 3 million Hajj guidance messages in 10 languages

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd May, 2026) Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has broadcast more than three million digital awareness and guidance messages in 10 languages since the start of the Hajj 1447 AH season to educate and guide pilgrims across the holy sites.

According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the ministry aims to deliver 10 million multilingual messages by the end of the Hajj season as part of efforts to improve awareness and support pilgrims during rituals.

The report said the messages are being displayed through electronic screens installed in mosques, prayer halls and awareness centers located in central areas around the holy sites.

Authorities said the campaign combines religious guidance related to Hajj rituals with important operational instructions covering health, safety and organizational procedures.

Pilgrims are also being encouraged to follow official regulations, maintain cleanliness and cooperate with authorities to help ensure smooth crowd movement and a safer Hajj experience.

SPA told APP that the multilingual campaign is designed to help pilgrims from different countries better understand Hajj instructions and perform rituals with ease and peace of mind throughout the season.
