SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2026) Syed Ahtesham Mazhar, President of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), met Sardar Jamshed Khan, Superintending Engineer (S.E.) of the Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO), Sialkot, to discuss key electricity-related concerns affecting the business community.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the challenges faced by industrial and commercial consumers, including power supply issues and service-related matters.
The SCCI president highlighted the need for reliable and uninterrupted electricity to support industrial productivity and economic growth in the region.
Sardar Jamshed Khan assured full cooperation and emphasized GEPCO’s commitment to addressing the concerns of the business sector.
The meeting concluded with a mutual understanding to maintain close coordination and work collaboratively to resolve electricity-related issues faced by the business community.
