SCCI, PBBC discuss Pakistan-UK trade expansion

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2026) Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) President Syed Ahtesham Mazhar

accompanied by Muhammad Murad Arshad, Senior Vice President, attended a meeting with

a delegation from the Pakistan Britain business Council (PBBC) led by Rashid Iqbal, Chief Executive

Officer, at the SCCI on Wednesday.

The delegation also included Waqar Ullah, Director Trade & Investment (UK & Pakistan), and Adeel Khan, Chief Executive Officer of ZANS Group.

The meeting focused on follow-up discussions regarding previously identified action points and explored

avenues for strengthening bilateral trade and investment cooperation between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.

Deliberations were also held on upcoming the PBBC initiatives in the UK for Pakistani businesses,

exchange of trade delegations, facilitation of the UK market access for Pakistani exporters, provision of

corporate advisory services, and development of future collaborative partnerships with the Sialkot

business community.
