SCCI,PSIC discuss industrial issues,coordination

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Apr, 2026) President of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI),Syed Ahtesham Mazhar on Wednesday held a meeting with Hafiz Saleem Arshad,Regional Director of the Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) to discuss key industrial issues.

The meeting focused on matters relating to the Pakistan Export Processing Zone Authority (PEPZA) and PSIC with both sides reviewing operational bottlenecks and exploring ways to improve coordination between the relevant departments.

Participants underscored the need to streamline procedures,address challenges faced by industrial stakeholders and enhance facilitation mechanisms to improve efficiency.

The initiative was aimed at promoting sustainable industrial growth in the Sialkot region and creating a more business-friendly environment.

Both sides agreed to continue close coordination to ensure better service delivery to the industrial community.
