SCCI to host seminar

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Apr, 2026) The Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry is set to organize a seminar

titled “Hidden Beauty of Sialkot: From Heritage to Tourism” through its Departmental

Committee on Sialkot Culture, Tourism and Archaeology.

According to the SCCI, the event is scheduled to take place on Friday (April 17)

at 11:00am at the SCCI Auditorium in Sialkot.

The seminar aims to highlight the city’s rich cultural heritage and explore opportunities

to promote tourism in the region.

Rana Arif Iqbal Harnah, Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism and Archaeology, government

of the Punjab, will attend the event as the chief guest.

Meanwhile, Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali Kazmi, President of Discover Pakistan, is expected to deliver

the keynote address.

Participants have been encouraged to attend the session, considering its significance for

cultural development and tourism promotion in the region.

The organizers expressed hope that the initiative will contribute to greater awareness

of Sialkot’s hidden cultural assets and pave the way for future tourism growth.
