SDSA election process completes

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jun, 2026) The Sargodha Division Squash Association (SDSA) completed its election process unopposed, electing Waris Nadeem Warraich as President and Rimsha Tariq as General Secretary during a general council meeting held at the Sargodha Gymkhana Club.

According to the election results, Waseem Jaffer Naqvi was elected as Vice President while Shahab Khan secured the position of Treasurer, as no other candidates submitted nomination papers for any of the seats.

The entire electoral process was conducted under the supervision of Chairman Election Commissioner Yusuf Khan Kakar Advocate.

The meeting was presided over by Khan Asif Khan and attended by prominent members including Naeem Mukhtar Bajwa Advocate, Irfan Akbar Chaudhary, and representatives from the Punjab Squash Association (Zeeshan Riaz) and Punjab sports board (Azmat Mahmood).

Secretary Punjab Squash Association Muhammad Mansoor also participated in the proceedings from Lahore via video link.

Addressing the participants, Khan Asif Khan congratulated the newly elected office bearers and emphasized that Sargodha is a region with immense potential in squash.
