Section 144 imposed around examination centers in Abbottabad for FBISE annual exams 2026

ABBOTTABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th May, 2026) The district administration of Abbottabad has imposed Section 144 around designated examination centers across the district to ensure the transparent, fair, and peaceful conduct of the Federal board of Intermediate and Secondary education (FBISE) Annual Examinations 2026.

Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad, Sardar Saleem Akram, issued the orders under which unnecessary gatherings, crowds, and the entry of unauthorized persons within a 200-yard radius of examination centers will remain strictly prohibited during examination hours.

According to the official notification, the restrictions will apply to several examination centers, including FG Girls Inter College Narrian Road Abbottabad, Army Burn Hall College for Boys on Mansehra Road, Army Public school and College PMA Kakul Abbottabad Cantonment, Army Burn Hall College for Girls Abbottabad Cantonment, and Army Public School and College (FF Center) Murree Chowk on Mansehra Road.

The order will take effect from May 14, 2026, and will remain enforced until June 22, 2026.

The district administration warned that strict legal action under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code would be taken against violators of Section 144.

Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad appealed to parents, students, and citizens to cooperate with the administration in maintaining a peaceful environment and ensuring the transparent conduct of examinations by following the prescribed code of conduct.
