Security Forces kill five terrorists including ringleader Khwarij Umar in North Waziristan

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st May, 2026) Security forces killed most wanted terrorist leaders, identified as Khwarji Umar alias Jan Mir alias Tor Saqib, along with four other terrorists in intelligence based operation in the Spinwam area of North Waziristan.

According to security sources, a bounty of Rs 3 million had been placed on the head of the killed terrorist commander.

The terrorist ringleader was the mastermind behind several terrorist attacks on security forces and civilians, they said.

They said that the killed commander of the Fitna al-Khwarij had established underground bunkers, tunnels, and explosive traps in the area surrounding the Babali Mosque in Spinwam.

Security forces, acting on a coordinated strategy, successfully surrounded and neutralized the terrorists.

They said that operations under Azm-e-Istehkam against Fitna al-Khwarij and Fitna al-Hindustan are continuing successfully.
