Shafqat Shah Condemns Quetta Railway Track Terrorist Blast

SUKKUR May 25 (APP) , (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point news - 25th May, 2026) Prominent political and social leader and Finance Secretary of Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F), Syed Shafqat Ali Shah on Monday has strongly condemned the terrorist blast on a railway track in Quetta.

Expressing grief over the cowardly attack, Shah mourned the martyrdom of at least 14 innocent civilians, including personnel of the Frontier Corps. He prayed for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks, swift recovery of the injured, and patience for the bereaved families.

He said that terrorists have once again exposed their barbarity, cowardice, and enmity toward humanity by targeting unarmed civilians and public places.

“Those who target innocent passengers, women, and children have no connection to civilization or humanity,” he added.

Syed Shafqat Ali Shah stated that anti Pakistan forces are alarmed by the country’s growing unity, stability, progress, and international recognition. The Indian patronage of terrorist networks operating against Pakistan is now openly evident, he said.

He urged that it is time for the international community to rein in the Modi government and stop its sponsorship and facilitation of terrorism in Pakistan.

Shah noted that Pakistan has paid a heavy price in the war against terrorism and that the nation remains committed to eradicating the menace completely.

The sacrifices of our brave security forces and innocent civilians will not go in vain, he said, calling on the Pakistani nation to remain united against terrorism and reject every force seeking to spread fear, hatred, and chaos in the country.
