Sindh food Authority conducts multiple raids on food outlets on violation of safety rules

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Jun, 2026) On the directives of Provincial food Minister Makhdoom Mehboob-u-Zaman Sindh food Authority conducted multiple crackdowns in Hyderabad on Monday-

A special team under supervision of Deputy Director Sindh Food Authority Fida Hussain Khoso inspected different food points at Hala Naka Road and found misappropriations including poor cleanliness.

SFA team imposed fine worth Rs 1 lac on Quetta Star Hotel on the violations of SOPs.

Meanwhile a hotel Abbaseen was also sealed and a fine of Rs 50,000 was also recovered.

Special team imposed fine of Rs 1 lac on Sanober Hotel over laxity in cleanliness and violation of food safety rules. Continuing its action SFA imposed fine Rs 50,000 on famous Cozy Haleem on poor arrangements,

SFA also sealed meat and warehouse section of Dawood Mart on violation of food safety rules. A famous pizza house was also fined on poor cleanliness and violation of food safety rules.
