Sindh Governor lauds security forces for successful operation against terrorists

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2026) Governor Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi paid tribute to the security forces for their successful operations against terrorism, stating that the elimination of 22 terrorists and recovery of arms is a testament to their bravery and sacrifices, and a matter of pride for the entire nation.

He expressed deep sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of a 10-year-old child and extended condolences to the bereaved family.

He said that the loss of innocent lives is a shared grief of the entire nation and can never be forgotten.

The Governor Sindh, Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, said that Pakistan’s leadership is playing an active role in regional and global peace, while terrorists are making futile attempts to sabotage peace. He emphasized that the complete eradication of terrorism is possible through national unity and resolve.

He further stated that the sacrifices of the security forces will not go in vain and Pakistan will continue to move forward on the path of peace, stability and development.
