Sindhi Language Authority distributes certificates among students

A ceremony was held to distribute certificates to those who completed the basic Sindhi learning course by the Sindhi language Authority

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Apr, 2026) A ceremony was held to distribute certificates to those who completed the basic Sindhi learning course by the Sindhi language Authority.

Speaking at the ceremony, the chairman Sindhi Language Authoriy Dr Sher Mharani while felicitating the candidates who completed the Sindhi learning course said that receiving certificates and recognition was not a easy task behind them there are also dreams of people for which there is hard work and effort.

He said that the certificate is not just a piece of paper but it is an honor, what you get is a reward for hard work, learning more than one language means gaining more than one life. He said that he is a great person who gives something to the society according to his knowledge.

what should be given to the society in this short life should be for the betterment of the society.He said that the scholars of our have given a lot, they have tried to spread the light of this day so that the society will be enlightened

People can learn a second language so quickly, they certainly include your interest and the teachers' hard work;For which I congratulate the learners and teachers of Sindhi language.

He said that by learning a language, we don't just learn words, but with these actions, we transfer love and identity to ourselves.This is the digital era, the mother who transfers the language to the next generation can use digital methods for learning Sindhi language.

Renowned researcher and former chairman of Sindhi Language Authority Dr Muhammad Ali Manjhi said, "Language is the mother of every nation; for them, every mother tongue is sacred, respected and has equal rights, so it is important to respect every language. Learning a language is a knowledge that a person has throughout his life.

It is incumbent on the people living here to learn the local language and use it.

He said that the British occupied Sindh but they gave importance to the Sindhi language and made their officials obliged to do so.They must learn the Sindhi language.

Professor Noor Ahmad Janji said, "It is a pleasure to see that young people from different fields have come to learn Sindhi, including girls. This is a wonderful process that should be expanded.

He said that at present there are many language experts, but the Primary teachers who teach Sindhi have been lost. There are many examples of the society in which the attitude towards the primary language becomes oppressive and then the language itself is lost."

They are ambassadors and we hope that they will use the Sindhi language in their families and in general."Sindhi learning course teacher and linguist Dr Altaf Jokhio said that "I have taught for 35 years and I try to learn the basic things of the language.

I consider it my honor to have the responsibility of teaching here.Today we see the situation of the primary school and it is sad that maybe they do not realize what is the letter and what is the importance of the language.

Abdul Sattar Sarohi, the teacher of the Sindhi learning course, said, "It is an honor for me that I have completed the seventh grade today. In these learning courses, doctors, engineers and people from different fields have been coming to learn Sindhi and they have learned the language in a short time with their interest.

Sindhi learners Pastor Akram Masih, Kashif Gill, Saba Sindhoo, Kaniz Fatima also shared their views. During the ceremony, the chief guests distributed certificates to those who completed the Sindhi learning course.
