Six arrested for assaulting teenager

MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Feb, 2026) Gender crime unit of Kot Addu city police arrested six offenders on charge of criminally assaulting a teenage student.

Police said that investigation officer Incharge gender crime sub inspector Saima Batool and her team arrested the six accused within twelve hours after the incident was reported to police.

Police said, the accused have confessed to have committed the offense. Kot Addu city police got the victim student medically examined and are proceeding with further investigations. Investigating officer said, the accused had also recorded objectionable videos of the student and were threatening to share these on social media.

SDPO Kot Addu Abdul Ghaffar Khan said that a strong case would be prepared against the accused supported by evidence to ensure they get punishment they deserved from trial court.
