Six Judges of district judiciary nominated for performance reward

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2026) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has nominated six judges from the district judiciary of the Federal capital for performance awards to be presented in recognition of outstanding judicial services.

Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar nominated one judge from each category based on exceptional performance. The awards will be presented during the National Conference on the Judiciary, scheduled to be held at the Supreme Court on July 25.

The nominated judges include District and Sessions Judge West Nasir Javed Rana, Judicial Magistrate West Mian Azhar Nadeem, Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Sohail, Senior Civil Judge Mubashir Hassan, Civil Judge East Ayesha Shabbir and Senior Civil Judge (Family Court) Sanam Bukhari.

The awards will be conferred by the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan, which had sought nominations of high-performing judges from district judiciaries across the country.
