Solar systems, batteries distributed among 57 deserving families

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jul, 2026) On behalf of First Lady and Member National Assembly Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, solar systems, batteries, fans, LED bulbs, and mobile chargers were distributed among 57 deserving families of Taluka Daur.

The distribution ceremony was held at H.M. Khwaja Auditorium Hall Monday. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Abdul Samad Nizamani, PPP District President Muhammad Salim Zardari, In-charge Zardari House Mir Muhammad Siyal, and SAFCO District Manager Abdul Samad Phulpoto.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Abdul Samad Nizamani, PPP District President Muhammad Salim Zardari, and In-charge Zardari House Mir Muhammad Siyal said that solar systems and related equipment had been sent by First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari for deserving families whose houses had already been constructed under the SPHF project.

They said the initiative aims to provide access to clean and alternative energy for people living in remote areas, helping improve their quality of life.

SAFCO District Manager Abdul Samad Phulpoto informed the gathering that the beneficiaries included 21 families from Village Younis Machhi, 17 families from Village Mohabbat Khaskheli, 16 families from Village Bahram Khan Brahmani, and one family each from Ghareebabad, Sufi Faqeer, and Sanwan Khan Shar. Each family received a solar system, battery, fan, LED bulb, and mobile charger.

The beneficiary families expressed their gratitude to First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari for providing them with the solar energy equipment and appreciated the initiative aimed at improving living conditions in underserved communities.
