An official told APP on Tuesday that police and rescue personnel rushed to the scene immediately after receiving information about the accident and launched a rescue operation.

The official said the vehicle had fallen into a deep ravine, leaving the driver trapped inside and requiring urgent assistance.

According to the official, the rescue operation was complicated by the depth of the ravine and the difficult terrain.

However, SP City Dr. Ayaz Hussain personally reached the site and supervised the operation.

Ayaz, along with rescue personnel, actively monitored the operation and ensured the safe extraction of the young man from the damaged vehicle.

After being rescued, the injured driver was provided first aid at the scene and shifted to a hospital for further medical treatment.

The official said Islamabad Police and rescue teams worked in close coordination to complete the operation successfully and prevent any loss of life.
