SP Iqbal Khan, SP Awan-e-Sadr review security, order high alert at duty points

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2026) Superintendent of Police (SP) Judicial Protection Unit Iqbal Khan and SP Aiwan-e-Sadr/Parliament House Tahir Mehmood Khan visited various duty points in the Federal capital to review security arrangements.

An official told APP on Sunday that the officers briefed police personnel about the nature of their duties and issued clear directions to remain alert and perform responsibilities with diligence and professionalism.

The officers emphasized maximum vigilance and a strong sense of responsibility, warning that any negligence during security duty would not be tolerated.

Personnel were directed to keep a close watch on suspicious activities and immediately report any unusual situation to the relevant authorities.

The officers also stressed maintaining effective coordination and communication among all deployed personnel.
